Shipping

When will I get my order? 

Usually, it takes 1-2 days to fulfil an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time  depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows: 

• Zone 1 - New Zealand (10-16 working days)
• Zone 2, 3 & 4 - Asia and the Pacific, North America and Western Europe (10-28 working days)
• Zone 5 - Rest of the world (14-30 working days)

Our shipping times may be longer than usual due to the Covid-19 pandemic and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges. 

These estimated shipping times excludes any pre-order items which will have  detailed info on when orders will be fulfilled.
